A snowpocalypse would have been far more welcome than what actually came our way which was a scary forecast for an ice storm.
Now the words “ice storm” definitely will strike fear in our hearts round here because that’s when the branches start coming down and taking the power lines down with them.
Fortunately, we missed the worst of the ice which was west of us and whilst we did have a bit of a glaze…we didn’t have the outages that usually comes with it.
And for that I’m right thankful! 🙂
