Mistletoe was having one of those days where she was very close at hand and cuddly. Those don’t happen very often so you appreciate them when they do.
She actually fell asleep in my lap for a couple of hours until it was time to collect Alex and Katie from school.
And then she was very definitely in the “you’re taking me with you…or else!” mode.
We had to stop at the petrol station along the way and Mistletoe amused herself by sitting so pretty in the co-pilot’s seat as well as taking advantage of the fact that I was at the pump to put on a show for other customers. A gentleman two pumps over was trying desperately to convince an obviously skeptical girlfriend that there was indeed a dog sitting in the driver’s side window of the Traverse. At least he was an appreciative audience… 🙂
Once the pumping was complete, it was time for her to get her furry heiney over to her side which she prompted responded to by doing her very cute face washing routine!
