In a nice reprieve from our usual hot and humid North Carolina summer weather, today was a lovely 80 degF with very little humidity and that means it’s time to take advantage of the park to tire out a certain puppy.
Mistletoe got a chance to work on her ability to stay in one place until Katie calls for her from well away on the baseball field. Once she’s released, she’s like a bat out of hell and runs Katie down in no time (that’d be the Labrador bits of the PuppyDoodle(tm)…my Labrador Retriever of many years ago was the fastest creature on four legs I’d ever seen!).
When she was done running Katie ragged, it was time for her to show off those adorable golden eyes of hers and mesmerise you with their depths. She really is a beautiful puppy whether she looks like Chewbacca or not! 🙂
