Today was a lovely day to introduce Mistletoe to Anderson Point Park which is just through the neighbourhood opposite and over the bridge for the bypass from the house.
OK, it wasn’t quite that easy as we had dropped off Nicholas for band rehearsal so that the footy team will have a band blasting the stand tunes during their games mostly behind closed doors. But it was lovely seeing Nick get a chance to do something marching band-like in what would have been his senior marching year.
Anyway…Katie and Mistletoe ended up doing two laps round the park and some sprints on the baseball field. It was actually rather nice and reasonably mild until the sun was obscured by the clouds and the breeze came along.
All that excitement led to a really pooped pup who apparently got her fix later this evening from the fish water purveyors. Oy. Now we’ve got another one on our hands… 😉
