Mistletoe got her first taste of a Raleigh-style snowpocalypse when she spent the night along with other refugees from Clayton with the anticipation the roads might be worse than they actually were.
She seemed more interested in finding a leaf to nibble on and had some fascination with the foxes guarding the entrance than the 1″ or so of snow that didn’t even last until noon.
However, we did discover that labradoodles do have a disadvantage when it comes to snow…her fur does a wonderful job of collecting enough moisture to require her getting dried with a towel before she’s released to terrorise the rest of the house!
