As we’re leaving, we’re treated to one of the most beautiful views in all of Washington DC…the view of the Lincoln Memorial (Abe’s Place) from the gates of Arlington. We only made one pass round it (rather than the usual three I tend to do) as we made our way back to the hotel to check out and head for Delaware.
