After miniature golf, we were off to Broadway at the Beach with our ultimate destination being Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville for dinner.
And that’s when we got the pager for an expected 90 minute wait for the table!
The designated pager holder had a 70-200mm f/2.8 and 50mm f/1.4 lens and diminishing light and tons of time to kill. The neon was just the icing on the cake…I had played with shooting neon at night in Daytona Beach whilst waiting for the SpaceX rocket launch (which didn’t actually happen that night!) and really loved the obnoxious colour saturation you could get.
So what you’re seeing here is me playing with the settings as the ambient light goes away with the sunset when I wasn’t enjoying the show put on by the kids and the bubble blower and the choo-choo train. 🙂
