St Patrick’s Day brings us a that fine tradition of corned beef and cabbage in the crock pots with a bit of Guinness to season them right. This year, I’m trying a different recipe that adds brown sugar to the mix and I’ve got to say it’s going to be my go-to recipe from now on!
Alex and Miguel (my favourite neighbour from next door who was a refugee from a ladies-only party!) seemed to be fans of that recipe as well.
