Another day of painting the pieces of the props including twelve PVC pipes for each of the ten bird cages which are on at least their third colour when we found that the original gold colour for the “bars” really didn’t stand up to the abuse of building and tearing down the bird cages.
The silver colour would eventually be a winner and combined with the blue for the tops of the cages was a truly striking combination, especially under the lights!
