Nicholas started off a bit tentative...

Getting a bit of one-on-one time...

Stomp...stomp...glide!

Hands on knees...

One small step...

Doing a bit of pairs skating...

He's starting to warm up now!

Yeah, Nicholas...you're amazing us with how good you are for a beginner, too!

Worry about staying on your feet first...then spinning!

He's really doing good once he got into the skating!

He's leaning back on his skates...that's a good sign he's getting it!

He's practicing by himself...

It gets crowded out there but he's finding space just fine...

Don't worry, you'll get there soon enough!
