Katie

Katie was totally cute and sparkly as she rocked that flute with the Washington Elementary beginning band! She even got to announce a song which wasn't in the original program but came her way as a result of the band fighting quite a bit of flu! And of course, how do you celebrate your first concert? At the Mexican restaurant, of course… :)

But Katie was awfully cute trying to avoid the reach of the 200mm telephoto. Here's a hint…you could be in the other studio and I'd still be able to reach you… ;) Katie's flute playing has definitely helped her keep the beat of the music when she's dancing. Miss Erica is quite pleased with how she's coming along with the new routine!

Katie's concert is coming up and that means time to get those sparkly heeled shoes that will be the fashion statement in the front row where the flutes play! :)
